Orders and payments

When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, and order details in order to fulfil that order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and PayPal, we do not store your card details ourselves, they’re handled directly by these payment providers under their own privacy policies.

Shipping

Your name and delivery address are shared with Royal Mail for the purpose of delivering your order.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may involve cookies that track your browsing behaviour anonymously. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking through your browser settings or by using an opt-out browser extension.

Mailing list

If you sign up to our mailing list, your email address is stored with Mailchimp, our email marketing provider, and used to send you updates about Theseus Collection. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

If you contact us through our website’s contact form, the information you provide (name, email, message) is sent to us via email and is not stored on the website itself beyond that.
